- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or designs provided the product matches the details you submitted at the time of purchase.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at reddytechnology@163.com.
- Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Sizing Issues

- We do not accept returns for incorrect size selections.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for custom jerseys unless there was a production error or the product arrived damaged.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once production begins, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
